Tasting event software, explained

How the platform works, who it's for, how switching goes, and how we compare — the questions we hear most, answered straight.

What is eeSee?
eeSee is a tasting event management platform built for the wine, spirits, and beverage industry. It brings event scheduling, brand ambassador staffing, mobile field reporting, shared documents, and program analytics into one system — replacing the spreadsheets, group texts, and end-of-week recap emails most tasting programs still run on.
Who is eeSee built for?
Teams that run recurring tasting and sampling events: beverage brands and suppliers, distributors and importers coordinating events across markets, and field marketing agencies managing programs for multiple client brands. Each brand or client gets its own isolated workspace, so agencies and importers can run a whole portfolio from one login.
How does brand ambassador scheduling work?
Managers build the tasting calendar — one event at a time or in bulk across accounts and markets — and assign ambassadors based on location, availability, and track record. Ambassadors see their upcoming schedule in their own portal, confirmations and reminders go out automatically, and coverage is visible at a glance so no event goes unstaffed by surprise.
Can ambassadors submit tasting reports from their phones?
Yes — that's the heart of eeSee. After an event, ambassadors submit a structured report from their phone: a tasting summary, staffing details, product-by-product sales results, consumer feedback, expenses with receipt photos, and event photos. Phone photos upload straight from the camera roll — including iPhone photos — with no conversion steps.
What happens if an ambassador forgets to submit a report?
Unsubmitted reports appear in the ambassador's pending queue and in the manager's dashboard, and automated reminders chase them so a person doesn't have to. When the report lands, managers see it immediately — with photos and numbers — instead of finding out at the end of the month.
How does eeSee prove that tasting events drive sales?
Every report captures samples poured and bottles or units sold per product, tied to the account and market where it happened. Dashboards roll those up so you can see which retail accounts convert, which ambassadors perform, and which markets deserve the next activation dollar — and export polished recaps to share with stakeholders.
Does eeSee support multiple brands, clients, and markets?
Yes. eeSee is built around fully isolated workspaces — one per brand or agency client — with role-based access for managers, coordinators, and ambassadors. You can run hundreds of events across dozens of markets without ever mixing one client's data with another's.
How is eeSee different from other sampling and field-marketing tools?
eeSee focuses on one job and does it deeply: running tasting event operations. Instead of a broad beverage-data suite, you get purpose-built scheduling, ambassador staffing, mobile reporting, and analytics — plus true multi-workspace isolation, which makes eeSee a strong fit for agencies and importers managing several brands at once. We run everything on spreadsheets today. How hard is switching?
Easier than staying. eeSee includes import tooling for bringing your existing events and rosters across, and onboarding is structured: we configure your workspace with your brands, products, venues, and markets, then train your team. Most teams are up and running in days — and the first week usually pays for the effort in chased-down reports alone.
Is our data secure?
Yes. Every workspace is isolated, access is controlled by role, sign-on supports modern enterprise authentication, and activity on sensitive operations is audited. Your brand, ambassador, and consumer data stays yours.
How much does eeSee cost?
Pricing depends on the size of your program — how many events, ambassadors, and workspaces you run. Request a demo and we'll walk through your workflow and put together a proposal that fits it. Every engagement includes the full platform; we don't sell features à la carte.
How do I get started?
Request a demo on this site or email hello@eesee.app. We'll schedule a personalized walkthrough with your brands and markets, configure your workspace, and onboard your team — typically within days, not weeks.
